Terms of Reference
The Performance and Scrutiny Panels are overview and scrutiny committees as defined in the Local Government Act 2000. The Panel will monitor performance, discuss and advise on policy and scrutinise and review issues, services and activities, in relation to the Council's activities and services within the area of operation.
